Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns for new, unused products only, in their original packaging.

Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not offer in-store or drop-off returns.

Return Shipping & Labels
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping labels are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Restocking Fee
A $4.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for eligible returns.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
